The short version
Little Luna runs a simple website. We collect only what you send us through a form, plus basic, anonymous visit analytics if enabled. We don't sell your information. Online ordering and payment happen on Toast, not here.
What we collect
Contact & catering forms. When you use a form on our Contact or Catering pages, we receive what you type — typically your name, email, phone (if provided), and your message. These are emailed to the relevant Little Luna or Cafe Luna team and saved in our website's private inbox so nothing is lost.
Order-issue form. If you report a problem with an order, you can optionally give the last four digits of your card to help us locate a refund. Please never send your full card number or security code — we don't need them and don't want them.
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address to send occasional promotions and updates. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
Analytics. If Google Analytics is enabled, we see anonymous, aggregate visit data (pages viewed, general location, device type) to understand what's useful. This isn't tied to your name.
Ordering and payments
All online ordering and payment is handled by Toast on their own ordering pages. We never see or store your full payment details. Toast's own privacy terms apply when you order.
How we use it
To reply to you, fulfill catering requests, resolve order issues, send updates you asked for, and improve the site. We don't sell or rent your information.
Sharing
Form messages may be shared between the Little Luna and Cafe Luna teams (for example, catering requests handled by the Cafe Luna Catering team). We use standard third-party services to run the site and send email; they process data on our behalf.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the information you've sent, or unsubscribe from emails, by contacting us at contact@littlelunacafe.com or (617) 286-4830.
